Support climbers and operators by managing everything on the ground — dragging brush, feeding the chipper, bucking logs, and keeping the site moving
Assist with ropes, rigging, and equipment staging so the crew can work safely and efficiently
Set up jobsite protection, watch for hazards, and keep the work area clear from start to finish
Operate a chainsaw on the ground to process limbs and debris as needed
Reliable — you show up on time, ready to work
Strong work ethic — this is physical, outdoor work in all conditions
Team-first attitude
Experience in tree work, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
What we offer
Competitive pay: $19-27/hr
